FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If we have never helped you before, and you live in zip codes 98103, 98105, 98115, or 98125, we may be able to provide up to $250 of assistance with rent, utility, or move-in costs.

We cannot assist anyone living outside of these zip codes.  Please see our Resource Guides on our Resources Page for other organizations that may be able to help you.

To ensure we make the most of our available funds, we limit our assistance to once per household. We reserve the right to refuse service for this or any other reason.

1.  If you need rent or deposit help, email director@ucef-seattle.org the following:

• A copy of the 1st page of your lease that shows your name, address, and the term of the lease you signed that was for 1 year.

• A copy of your identification.

• Your phone number for a short interview.

2.  If you need utility help, email director@ucef-seattle.org the following:

• A copy of your latest utility bill.

• A copy of your identification.

• Your phone number for a short interview.
