FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If we have never helped you before, and you live in zip codes 98103, 98105, 98115, or 98125, we may be able to provide up to $250 of assistance with rent, utility, or move-in costs.

We cannot assist anyone living outside of these zip codes.  Please see our Resource Guides on our Resources Page for other organizations that may be able to help you.

To ensure we make the most of our available funds, we limit our assistance to once per household. We reserve the right to refuse service for this or any other reason.

To request financial assistance, please complete and submit our online form below. Prior to completing this form, you will need to have the following documentation ready to provide:

1. If you need rent or move-in assistance, the 1 st page of your lease showing your name, address, and the term of the lease you signed that was for 1 year.

2. If you need utility bill assistance, your latest utility bill showing your name, address, and the amount due.

3. Your identification.
